HAPPY NEW 2024

En el último año y medio hemos abordado tres frentes diferentes: ingeniería, arquitectura y estudios BIM. Desde mediados de 2022 hemos estado consolidando un trabajo de coordinación BIM en ingenierías de primer nivel en proyectos civiles. Paralelamente, hemos dado por finalizado el primer proyecto propio como directores de obra. Una vivienda unifamiliar que con orgullo estamos esperando publicar. Un proyecto que nos ha permitido trabajar de primera mano con equipos con mucha experiencia y ha sido la labor más enriquecedora de los últimos años. No podría estar más agradecido de haber formado parte de este proyecto.

In the last year and a half we have addressed three different fronts: engineering, architecture and BIM studies. Since mid-2022 we have been consolidating BIM coordination work in top-level engineering in civil projects. At the same time, we have completed our first project as construction directors. A single-family home that we are proudly waiting to publish. A project that has allowed us to work first-hand with highly experienced teams and has been the most enriching work in recent years. I couldn’t be more grateful to have been a part of this project.

Así mismo, hemos dado por finalizadas las clases teóricas del Máster BIM Management Internacional, y en los próximos meses daremos por finalizado el trabajo final de Máster y con ello, el fin de una etapa de estudios. Ha sido un año que pese a las adversidades, nos ha permitido afianzar una confianza sólida, sobre la que construir un nuevo 2024. Pero gracias a estos cimientos, estamos dispuestos a subir más alto. No puedo desear el mismo ánimo y fortuna a todo el mundo. Feliz 2024.

Likewise, we have concluded the theoretical classes of the International BIM Management Master, and in the coming months we will conclude the final Master’s work and with it, the end of a stage of studies. It has been a year that, despite adversity, has allowed us to establish solid confidence, on which to build a new 2024. But thanks to these foundations, we are willing to climb higher. I cannot wish the same spirit and fortune to everyone. Happy 2024.
