PCT 2017

Éste proyecto fue un primer ensayo sobre mediciones y presupuestos realizado en la asignatura de «Proyecto constructivo 2017-2018 (PCT)» del Máster habilitante de Arquitectura en Valencia. La realización de la practica de curso consistía, en el diseño de una rehabilitación de un proyecto pre-existente en un solar de la ciudad. Este proyecto debía de documentarse como un ante-proyecto completo, para lo cual debía de realizarse un presupuesto con el software Cype Arquímedes ©. Este hecho sirvió para aprender a realizar mediciones utilizando BIM mediante la herramienta Cype para Revit.

This project was a first essay on measurements and budgets carried out in the subject of «Construction project 2017-2018» of the Master of Architecture in Valencia. The realization of the course practice consisted in the design of a rehabilitation of a pre-existing project on a site in the city. This project had to be documented as a complete pre-project, for which a budget should be made with the software Cime Archimedes ©. This fact served to learn how to make measurements using BIM using the Cype tool for Revit.

La elaboración del PCT además asentó las bases en mi aprendizaje para la incorporación de plug-ins dentro del mismo programa con la intención de aumentar sus posibilidades.

The elaboration of this also established the bases in my learning for the incorporation of plug-ins in the Revit program with the intention of increasing its possibilities.
