ESTUDIO LAMELA Architects es una de las firmas más reconocidas en España, y uno de sus últimos proyectos ha sido la nueva sede de GENERALI Seguros, en Madrid.

ESTUDIO LAMELA Architects is one of the most recognized firms in Spain, and one of its latest projects has been the new headquarters of GENERALI Seguros, in Madrid.

La nueva sede se erige sobre la misma estructura que su predecesor edificio. Cambiando completamente la fachada y el interior. Buscando una mayor eficiencia y una imagen más vanguardista. El proyecto consta de dos grandes fases, puesto que la sede abarca dos manzanas, Orense 2 y Orense 4.

ESTUDIO LAMELA fue creado en 1954 por Antonio Lamela. Desde sus inicios se ha convertido en uno de los principales estudios de España. Con una labor especialmente centrara en la arquitectura residencial y turística. Su propuesta arquitectónica se caracteriza por los planteamientos modernos y racionales, con soluciones técnicamente innovadoras. El estudio posee actualmente sedes en Varsovia, Ciudad de México y Doha. Es además, miembro fundador del European Architects Network (EAN).
